The Uhuru Group is a Black woman-founded holding company with a portfolio of ventures spanning governance consulting, arts education, publishing, voice and narrative strategy, wellness, and creative production.
Born from a decade of practice, The Uhuru Group, LLC was established in 2023. The company is led through a unified Office of the CEO, structured by the Bicameral Leadership Model™: one office, two chambers. One holds strategy and systems. The other holds culture and integration.
We operate in a field we are defining: Living Governance, the art of tending institutions as living systems, where structure and soul are held in concert, by design.
